The Volleyball Program at North Crowley High School emphasizes developing well-rounded student athletes. Team members are expected to excel academically, maintain physical fitness, and uphold strong values. Our aim is to win CHAMPIONSHIPS and to equip our Lady Pathners with the tools necessary to become productive citizens after graduation.

Dr. Ursula Bond
Head Coach
Recruiting Coordinator
Dr. Ursula Bond joined North Crowley Volleyball in 2024 as the Associate Head Coach before being named Head Coach. A former libero at Clark Atlanta University and Graduate Assistant at Houston Christian University, she brings more than 15 years of coaching experience at the youth, high school, club, and collegiate levels. Dr. Bond earned her Doctorate of Education from Grand Canyon University in 2024. As the program's Recruiting Coordinator, she has helped student-athletes navigate the college recruiting process while gaining experience working elite camps with programs such as LSU and Alabama.

Coach Sadie Reinhardt serves as the Associate Head Coach for North Crowley Volleyball and coaches within the EMV Volleyball Club program. She specializes in setter development and offensive systems, helping athletes grow as leaders while maximizing team offensive efficiency. Coach Reinhardt is dedicated to developing confident, high-character student-athletes and advancing the competitive culture of the Lady Panther Volleyball program.

Coach Emory Judkins serves as a Varsity Assistant Coach and is also a coach with 360 Volleyball Club. A former collegiate athlete at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, she brings valuable playing and coaching experience to the program. Coach Judkins is passionate about athlete development and helping players improve their technical skills, volleyball IQ, and confidence on the court.

Coach Mickayla Pope serves as a Varsity Assistant Coach for North Crowley Volleyball. A former setter at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, she brings experience from the collegiate, high school, and club volleyball levels. Coach Pope specializes in player and setter development, helping athletes improve their technical skills, decision-making, leadership, and overall volleyball IQ while contributing to the continued success of the Lady Panther Volleyball program.

Coach Laura Judie serves as the Freshman Head Coach and Varsity Assistant for North Crowley Volleyball.
